Terms of Service
Effective Date: September 11, 2026
1. Service Description & Scope
AdSentry provides automated synthetic ad destination verification, tracking parameter (UTM / ValueTrack) continuity checking, and stock availability monitoring services for advertisers, performance marketing agencies, and brands.
AdSentry operates on an observational, read-only basis. The service does not directly modify, alter, pause, activate, or manage third-party advertising campaigns, account budgets, or live bidding parameters on external platforms (such as Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager).
2. Subscriptions, Payments & Merchant of Record
Our order process and billing are conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles all transaction billing, localized sales taxes (VAT/GST), and renewal processing.
Subscriptions renew automatically on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your selected tier until canceled via your dashboard billing settings prior to the renewal date.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard settings or by contacting support@adsentry.online. Cancellation takes effect at the conclusion of your current prepaid billing period with zero cancellation fees.
We provide a 14-day refund guarantee for initial subscription purchases. If AdSentry does not meet your monitoring needs, request a refund within 14 days of your initial charge for a full refund issued via Paddle.com to your original payment method.
3. Customer Authorization & Acceptable Use Warranty
You represent, warrant, and covenant that you possess all requisite legal rights, licenses, and authorizations to monitor, inspect, and submit every domain name, landing page URL, ad creative reference, and tracking parameter inputted into AdSentry.
You agree not to use AdSentry to: (a) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of unauthorized third-party infrastructure; (b) execute denial-of-service attempts or circumvent reasonable origin server rate limits; (c) reverse engineer or extract proprietary inspection heuristics; or (d) scrape or monitor third-party competitor properties without verifiable authorization.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS" / "AS AVAILABLE")
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
AdSentry is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or continuous error-free operation.
We do not warrant that synthetic inspection runs will detect all landing page failures, HTTP errors, redirect loop anomalies, or stock-out conditions, nor that alerts will be delivered instantaneously without network or third-party webhook latency.
5. Limitation of Liability & Dollar Cap
Important Commercial Protection Clause:
Consequential Damages Waiver: Under no circumstances shall AdSentry, its founders, officers, employees, or contractors be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages whatsoever. This includes, without limitation:
- Wasted advertising budget, unrecovered ad spend, or campaign budget burn;
- Loss of profits, loss of business revenue, or missed commercial opportunities;
- Decreased Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) or marketing efficiency metrics;
- Attribution discrepancies, broken analytics tokens, or loss of marketing data;
- Cost of procurement of substitute goods or replacement services.
Aggregate Monetary Liability Cap: In no event shall AdSentry's aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms of Service or your use of the service exceed the total amounts actually paid by you to AdSentry in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100.00, whichever amount is greater.
6. Customer Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AdSentry, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, losses, damages, fines, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
- Any landing page, ad account, or domain URL submitted by your team for monitoring;
- Your breach of any representation, warranty, or obligation under these Terms;
- Allegations that your monitored destination or ad campaign violates third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be settled through binding individual arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Class arbitrations and class actions are expressly waived.
